How can we improve our sense of balance?
Just as we learned how to relate to gravity as toddlers and eventually stood upright with ease and comfort, we still have access to this innate ability to learn. In this workshop, you will experience sensory movement explorations that will invite you to let go of unnecessary muscular habits that are interfering with your relationship to the support available from the ground below you. You will discover a better integrated sense of yourself and a renewed sense of balance and equilibrium.
