Awareness Through Movement classes provide a wonderful setting to cultivate a listening and a deeper connection to yourself through movement exploration and sensory-motor learning, giving you important keys to unlock limiting habits and feel freer in your body and your movements.
Moshe Feldenkrais created hundreds of carefully crafted movement lessons, sometimes simple, sometimes quite complex. Each one of them invite the student to connect to his/her innate ability to learn to move naturally, with an intelligent and efficient distribution of effort for any action intended.
These classes will help you feel better balanced and more grounded. Many students feel taller at the end of a class. If you come with low-back pain or shoulder pain, you might be surprised at the new feeling of ease. I invite you to join us!
